Remodeling open school hall into double storey

The work involved converting the open school hall into classroom partitions as well as provide for staff and children's toilets, without compromising the existing structure. The project duration was 4-5 months.

The role I played was to do structural design for the proposed new building to accommodate a first floor concrete slab. Thereafter, I executed the construction works. From setting out works, excavations, concrete works, reinforcement, wet wall finishes (plastering, skimming, painting, polishing existing terrazzo floor) to handover.

I am capable of executing any building construction work, be it a domestic (residential_housing) project, or commercial project (office building, shopping complex, etc)and even industrial project (fuel service station, warehouse, civil works on processing plants). I specialize in mass concrete works. I also specialize in remodeling works of any existing building structures.
