Design and detailing for an estimate consisting 9 flats, 4 attached cottages, a guest house, pool house, main house, music studio, site plan and public restrooms as the estate doubles as an event centre.

The project is still running since 2017 with 3 structers yet to be belt.
It's located opposite seedco mumbwa Road.
I provide the design detailing to include construction documents for council approval, 3D illustration to include interior and exterior rendering, materials take off and construction process management.
I instruct and supervise installation of structural elements as the client provides the labor. This includes setting out, structural columns and beams, skimming, roofing to mention a few.
