Did kitchen cupboards and wardrobes for the 4flats and fitted all doors and locks for all the 4doublestorey flats.

The quality was generally very good, he was focused until the job was done. He takes good initiative if something goes wrong to fix it. Occasionally he needed help in forward planning as in getting everything, materials, tools in place before work starts. This is a little area of improvement.
