Building 6\*6 pool house shell.
The initial brief was to have a shell pool side mini lounge, which was executed as expected. My experience with the team was quite satisfactory. The team was quite easy to communicate with. The team was flexible with any minor alterations. Being my first time working with a time I don’t have to keep chasing for work was quiet fulfilling

Mr Musonda is an excellent builder and very professional. He has a team of builders who he works with and they are all very professional. I met Mr Musonda in Chilanga where I actually saw the quality of works and it was due to this that I decided to engage him. He will actually advise you on what will work and what won't work. He pays attention to detail and he is very neat.The money I paid for his works was worth paying for. He keeps time very well and the project is on track. He is very honest in his pricing and there are no surprising or hidden costs.

Building a 3 bedroom house. Plot size is 406sqm Slab is already there but has developed some cracks
Peter Musonda is very dedicated to his job and timely too. I loved it that he was there most of the time to do both the works as well as supervise his team. He is also someone who takes the time to explain to the client what needs to be done and why it must be done in that particular manner. Kudos to him and his team, one would not go wrong in hiring him. Am a happy client.
